1. Digital & Consultation Services

All services related to astrological consultations, spiritual guidance, and personalized digital services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Rudraksha & Physical Products

We also offer Rudraksha and other physical spiritual products. Due to the sacred, energized, and customized nature of these products, refunds or returns are generally not accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

• The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
• An incorrect product is delivered

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or an unboxing video for verification. After verification, a replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion.

4. No Refund Situations

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
• Minor variations in size, color, or appearance of Rudraksha (natural product)

5. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If an amount is deducted multiple times or debited without successful order confirmation, you may contact us. After verification, the applicable amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

6. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where an order or service is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, a refund or rescheduling may be provided.
